All classes are 30 minutes or less and include strength, cardio, stretching and more. I love the Tabata ones they really get my heart rate going. I love to mix things up with my workouts and these are easy to follow and fun to do!

For most classes you'll need a mat, a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a cardio machine of your choice if you have one available. If not, you can follow along the cardio intervals while walking or running. Depending on your preference!
Most classes are between 30 and 45 minutes long.
Nothing! You can always participate in another live class. Class Passes don't expire and we'll make sure you can use them without problem.
During class, I'll explain each movement before we perform them. Just follow the cues and directions I'll give you and if you feel like something is off, let me know
