LIVE VIRTUAL Group Classes - Class Pass

Purchase 10 Live Group Classes upfront so that you can pop in at any time. Class Pass does not expire. Classes are Monday and Thursday from 9 to 9:30 AM EST. Monday is typically a Cardio Party where you need a cardio machine of your choice. Or you can put on your shoes and head outside. Thursday is 30 minutes of strength training; all you need is weights, a mat, and resistance bands if available.

What type of equipment do I need for classes?

For most classes you'll need a mat, a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a cardio machine of your choice if you have one available. If not, you can follow along the cardio intervals while walking or running. Depending on your preference!

How long are the classes?

All classes are less than 30 minutes.

What happens if I miss a live class?

Nothing! You can always participate in another live class. Class Passes don't expire and we'll make sure you can use them without problem.

How do I know I'm performing the exercises correctly?

During class, I'll explain each movement before we perform them. Just follow the cues and directions I'll give you, and if you feel like something is off, we'll talk after the live class. If you're watching the recordings, send me a private message on Facebook or an email to [email protected] and we'll set up a time to go over your movements.
